What an EOI is

The RERA point, stated plainly

Godrej Verano's project HRERA number is Coming Soon — the project is in the process of registration with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Under RERA, a developer cannot advertise, market, book or sell in a registered-able project before registration; pre-registration activity is structured as interest polling rather than sale.
